Jesus may have been put to death on a cross, but death could not hold him, on the third day he arose again, this time in glory. Death could not hold Jesus. Labor To The Lord

By: Joe Taylor
Many of us worry about getting old. In fact we’re so worried about it that many of us take pills, get shots and even have surgery to look and feel younger. But 1 Corinthians 15 reminds us about the resurrection of Christ and how he was raised from the dead.

What On Your Mind

By: Joe Taylor
We live in an information age; in fact, we receive more information than our minds can comprehend. So with all this information, do you have time for Christ, do you think about Christ each day, do you think how he loves you and how he died for your sin? We need to make a conscious effort to make Christ a part or our daily thinking.

The Mystery Revealed

What Do You Think Of You

By: Joe Taylor
God lets us chose our own destiny, sometimes we chose wisely and sometimes we make the wrong choice. But no matter what choice me make, God is always there for us. All we have to do is follow his will. If we do stumble, all we have to do is ask him to forgive us and accept him back into our lives.

Are You Praying

By: Joe Taylor

Who Is Jesus to You

By: Joe Taylor
Who is Jesus to you? His he the savior you should hang your whole life on? These are questions we must answer individually. In this lesson Joe asks the question of who Jesus is to you? By: Joe Taylor
The national debit is about 8 trillion dollars, or $28,000 a person. How are we going to pay this debt off? It’s a huge number, like wise we also have the debit of sin on our shoulders, how are we going to pay that off as well. Our only hope is Jesus, he paid the price for our transgressions.

Sermon On The Plain

By: Dwight O'Dell
Scripture Reading: John 6:17-49
Continuing the study in John, Dwight examines Jesus sermon on the plain in John 6. As Christians its important that we focus on God and Jesus. What we do needs to be done out of love and nothing else. Just like a fruit tree, our nature will be seen by what we produce. Our life has to be built on Jesus and nothing else.

What Do I See

By: Joe Taylor
What do you see? We all see the events that take place around us differently. If four or five individual witness an auto accident, we will all give different accounts of the accident. Likewise in Jesus time, the religious leaders of the day saw Jesus one way and the disciples and his followers saw him another way. The religious leaders wanted to follow their rituals, they felt there were more important the truth of God, Jesus brought to the people.

Following Jesus

By: Joe Taylor
Scripture: Luke 5:1-11
Joe continues with the lessons in Luke. The question we must consider is the same one the disciples had to answer. If Jesus would appear to us and ask us to follow him, would we drop everything we're doing to follow him?

Living With Purpose

By: Joe Taylor
Jesus had a purpose in his life, which was to preach the good news of the kingdom of God because that is why he was sent. What is your purpose in life? Surprise

By: Joe Taylor
We all like surprises, think of the surprise of Zechaariah and Elizabeth when they found out about the birth of John, or Mary when the angel came to her and told her about Jesus. Ordinary people do great things for God, and we can too do great things for God if we let him into our lives and follow him.

Revival At the Water Gate

By: Joe Taylor
Joe concludes the lesson in Nehemiah, we as Christians need to center our lives on God every day, not just on Sunday. Like the people in the time of Nehemiah, we can lose sight of God if we don’t read and study his word. If we do not practice our faith daily, we can find ourselves just going through the motions, we can stumble and fall away from God. We need a renewal of the heart, we need to change our lives and live as God wants us too.
